Founder
Paul has spent over 15 years operating at board level across investor-backed and listed businesses. He has worked directly with more than 50 private companies across his career — from pre-revenue start-ups through to businesses turning over £65m.
His M&A track record is extensive: more than 25 acquisitions completed and integrated across his career, with transactions spanning three continents across the UK, North America, Asia-Pacific, and mainland Europe.
Eranos was built to bring genuinely hands-on, senior support to the businesses and situations where it matters most — embedded alongside clients rather than advising from a distance.

Partner
Joanna is a Chartered Accountant with deep expertise in financial planning and analysis, back-office infrastructure, and the operational finance functions that underpin scalable, resilient businesses. Her career spans two decades across the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors.
She spent eight years as Head of Finance at the Chartered Quality Institute, leading the transformation of the organisation's financial infrastructure. Prior to that, she held Financial Controller and senior audit roles at Catalyst Housing and BDO LLP.
At Eranos, Joanna works with business owners and leadership teams to bring genuine clarity to their financial position. She is a Fellow of the ICAEW and holds a postgraduate distinction in Charity Accounting and Finance from Cass Business School.

Partner
John is a go-to-market specialist with a track record of building and scaling SaaS revenue products for some of the most recognised names in the global insights industry. He spent six years at Savanta where he rose to Global Head of Vue Products, leading the commercial strategy and growth of BrandVue.
His work encompassed the full product growth lifecycle — from positioning and pricing through to customer success, commercial partnerships, and international expansion.
At Eranos, John brings that go-to-market expertise directly to bear for founders and business owners — helping them sharpen their product narrative, build scalable revenue architecture, and accelerate growth in competitive markets.
