Founder
Paul brings over 15 years of executive board-level experience across investor-backed and listed companies, having held CFO, COO and CEO positions across a range of high-growth and transformational businesses. He has worked hands-on with more than 50 private companies — from pre-revenue start-ups through to businesses turning over £65m — guiding them through the full spectrum of commercial and operational challenge.
His M&A track record speaks for itself: more than 25 acquisitions completed and integrated, with transactions spanning three continents and markets as diverse as the UK, North America, Asia-Pacific, and mainland Europe. He understands the mechanics of dealmaking as well as the human side — what founders need, what investors want, and how to bridge the two.
Paul founded Eranos with a clear purpose: to bring the quality of senior operational and strategic support that larger businesses take for granted to the ambitious, entrepreneurial companies that need it most. The model is deliberately hands-on and personal — no junior teams, no arms-length advice, no going through the motions.
