Founder & Managing Partner
Paul has spent over 15 years operating at board level across investor-backed and listed businesses, working hands-on through periods of rapid growth, transformation, and complexity. He has worked directly with more than 50 private companies — from pre-revenue start-ups through to businesses turning over £65m.
His M&A track record is extensive: more than 25 acquisitions completed and integrated, with transactions spanning three continents across the UK, North America, Asia-Pacific, and mainland Europe. He understands the mechanics of dealmaking as well as the human side — what founders need, what investors want, and how to bring both together.
Paul founded Eranos with a clear purpose: to deliver the kind of senior operational and strategic support that makes a genuine difference — whether that's within an ambitious growing business, a portfolio company, or a larger organisation navigating change.
